    Julie writes a fun and easy to follow smoothie recipe book. Not only does she have fantastic creative ideas she also informs the reader how certain plant based super foods can make you feel better. Feeling sluggish? Add maca. Feeling sick? Add goji berries. On day 10 of my personal smoothie challenge and feeling like I have the energy of a teenager and have had no caffeine! Seriously never thought I could live like this. Praise Julie! More superfood books please!
